Self-directed learning and learning near the job are widely recognized current issues, which is to a large extent due to the high practical relevance and enormous potential for change those approaches possess. Yet how can learning processes in small and medium-sized service enterprises really be implemented as “self-directed” and “near the job”? What methods are suitable? How exactly can one get a personnel and organisation development process like this started?
Within this study project, two data collections have been released:
- a catalogue of possibilities in learning near the job
- a catalogue of possibilities in self-directed learning
