Interactive Social Media for Integration, Skills Bartering, Empowerment and Informal Learning
Our role: project partner
Our tasks: Development and implementation of a train-the-trainers concept for Community Reporting Leaders at project and EU level.
The project uses ICT innovative practices such as Citizen Journalism for empowerment of groups / communities
- for strenthening inter-personal and structural links,
- for getting communities talking to each other and
- for promoting personal / collective growth
An ICT mashing up interactive platform containing Web TV, Blogging, Forum, Social Network will become environment for informal learning: communities become leaders of social participation and competence exchange at intergenerational and intercultural level, the latter resulting in the final product of a multilingual and multicultural EU Skills e-Portfolio. The project is thus centred in the creation of „Community Reuters“.
Within the framework of the “Future of education”-conference we’ll give an introduction in our project activities.
